Noel joins Madison Brokerage as VP of Executive Benefits. He’ll be initially focusing on augmenting group insurance programs with supplemental life and disability, as well as working on retention plans for key people. Noel brings with him decades of point-of-sale field experience and the ability to make complicated topics very simple. After a needs analysis conversation, he’ll partner with you to create a comprehensive solution package tailored to your client’s needs.
