Important Index Annuity Update from AIG
The Power Series of Index Annuities’ guaranteed living benefit rider – Lifetime Income Plus® – now offers 7% annual income credits for the first 10 contract years. This change will apply to contracts electing the rider issued on or after January 9, 2017.
Lifetime Income Plus offers clients:
- GUARANTEED 7% Increase to its Income Base every year for the first 10 contract years when no withdrawals are taken
- GUARANTEED Rising Income for first 10 contract years, as long as withdrawals are taken within the rider’s terms
- GUARANTEED Doubling of its Income Base on the 10th contract anniversary when no withdrawals are taken
