Effective June 2nd, 2009, our term rates are increasing. The following business rules will apply for the old/new rates.
For states where the new term rates launch on 6/2/09, applications received 6/1/09 or earlier will receive the current term rates. Applications received 6/2/09 or thereafter will receive the new term rates.
For states where the new term rates do not launch 6/2/09, our final day to accept applications is 6/1/09. Applications received 6/2/09 or thereafter from these states will be cancelled.
States not included in the 6/2/09 new term rate launch include, California, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington. Allianz will not have a term product in these states temporarily. We have approvals on most of these and expect them to launch shortly.
