What's New:

• AXA Equitable introduces a new portfolio of term products, available for sale beginning Monday, June 22, 2009, subject to state approvals:
  • AXA Equitable's Term 10
  • AXA Equitable's Term 15
  • AXA Equitable's Term 20
  • AXA Equitable's ART
• New Sales of AXA Equitable's Term 30, Series 149 and the Series 148 Return of Premium Term (ROP) 20, 25 and 30 products are discontinued in all jurisdictions with the introduction of the new Term Series 150 products.  All applications for Term 30, Series 149 and ROP New Business by June 22, 2009 to be considered.
• There is no change to the TermOne, Series 149 product, which will still be available for sale.

When:

Effective with applications submitted June 22, 2009 or later, subject to state availability.

Transition Rules:

Series 150 Term 10, 15, 20 and ART are available for sale, subject to state approval.  This product replaces Series 149, which will be removed from the new business product portfolio in those jurisdictions on July 22, 2009.  Transition rules similar to those outlined on the following page will apply when an additional state approval for the new products is announced.

Note:  New sales of AXA Equitable's Term 30, Series 149 and the Series 148 ROP Term 20, 25 and 30 products are discontinued in all jurisdictions.  All applications for Term 30, Series 149 and ROP Term 20, 25 and 30 products must be received in good order by Farmington New Business by June 22, 2009 to be considered.

Effective Tuesday, June 23, applications received by Farmington New Business for Term 30, Series 149 and ROP Term 20, 25 or 30 will not be processed and any settlement submitted will be refunded.
