Due to lack of sales, effective September 22, 2008, Old Mutual will no longer offer medically underwritten SPIAs.

The following Transition Rules will apply:

Old Mutual must have received EITHER medical records in the underwriting service center OR the application in our service center by September 22nd. Medicals and applications received on or after September 22nd will be sent back to the agent and will not be processed.
